For some reason, I hold feelings of guilt for remaining in education and wanting to be a teacher. The guilt is a personal, self-imposed perception that my parents aren’t able to tell their friends that I am able to rise to the level of upper middle class America despite hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on my education. This is probably the closest I have come to sending a postcard to PostSecret.
